Using the Bill Summary Report
The Bill Summary Report provides a listing of bills given specified statuses, aging or balances. It is very effective as an aging report. And it can be used to identify groups of bills that meet specific criteria. This report lets you select one or more practices/organizations, one or more aging buckets, one or more status, and optional minimum and maximum balance.
The default Aging is All which includes: 0-30 Days, 31-60 Days, 61-90 Days, 91-120 Days, 121-150 Days, and 151-180 Days. You can choose Custom Date Range to provide a Start/End date and filter based on the bill’s effective created date. The default status is Due. If you select the status of Suspended, you will be able to choose which Suspended Reasons to include. This is useful when isolating bills in a specific suspended status (e.g., Chargebacks). No minimum or maximum balances are provided by default. But this can be used to isolate bills with balances in a specified range.
Maximum 5K Records
There is a 5,000 record cap on the results you can receive from this report. This is to avoid negatively impacting performance of our system. If you receive this error, you should refine your search criteria. The list will provide infinite scroll to view up to 5,000 records.
