Configuring Organization Patient Experience Settings

The Patient Experience tab of Organization Configuration provides configuration of miscellaneous settings including whether to display the statement ID or patient ID on the bill, whether patient registration is enabled, whether to show the due date on the bill, whether to show the practice address on the bill, and LiveChat integration. Below is the Patient Experience tab for organizations outlining these options.

Account Settings
Statement ID and Patient ID
This setting allows you to configure whether to display the Statement ID and Patient ID on the bill. The available options are Statement ID Only, Patient ID Only, Both Statement ID and Patient ID, and Neither Statement ID or Patient ID.
Patient Registration
Patient Registration allows the patient to create a unique login using their email address to make it easier to manage bills in the future.
Bill Due Date in Patient Portal
This setting allows you to configure whether the bill’s due date is displayed in the Patient Portal.
Practice Address In Patient Portal
This setting allows you to configure whether the practices address is displayed in the Patient Portal. If disabled, the bill will only show the city and state for the practice and not the full address.
LiveChat Integration Script
This setting lets an organization insert JavaScript code into the Patient Portal to allow patients to chat with a billing customer service representative and improve communications.
